This is covered within our professional fees.

As a small company we are committed to the highest levels of service but at an affordable price – while we are large enough to handle all types of funeral arrangements with care and compassion, we are small enough to not have to pass on huge management and other unnecessary charges at such a difficult time. We are required by law to display our Standardised price list, our Additional options price list together with our Crematorium prices, Terms of Business & Disclosure of Interests.

In order to try and help you work out the funeral options that are right for you, we have put together some examples below – to discuss a more individual funeral and the options available, please call our office on 01945 405950 and we’d be more than happy to guide you through things.

Direct Cremation –
an unattended Cremation

  • Professional services including advice, support & guidance. Making all arrangements, completion of documentation and liaising with all necessary third parties.

  • Collection & care of the person who has died, from a hospital or coroner.
  • A suitable coffin
  • Transfer to the crematorium for cremation

Scattering of ashes in the garden of remembrance at the crematorium or returned to you.

Simple Cremation

  • Professional services including advice, support & guidance. Making all arrangements, completion of documentation and liaising with all necessary third parties.

  • Collection & care of the person who has died, from hospital or coroner during normal office hours.

  • A suitable coffin

  • Conveyance of the person who has died to the crematorium

  • All cremation fees.

An attended funeral service at 9.30am at Fenlands Crematorium.

Cremation or Burial – any time of day

At Fenland, Mintlyn or Peterborough Crematoriums, or local cemetery

This is covered within our professional fees. There are other fixed costs beyond our control, such as the fees charged by crematoria, local authority cemeteries and other third-party organisations.

The final cost of a funeral will depend on other, additional choices made by the family.
